Shipping terms and conditions

1) First of all please count the number of pieces received against the number shown on the freight bill. If not correct, DO NOT SIGN THE FREIGHT BILL until a notation has been made on the face of the freight bill.
2) In addition please check for any visible damages on the carton and equipment. By Law the delivering carrier has to make notations of the damages on the freight bill before you sign.
3) If damage occurred please take pictures of it right there.
4) Also please REMOVE THE PACKAGING as soon as possible and check for any concealed damage. If there is damage, ask the delivering carrier for an inspection and make a claim at once by putting a notation on the freight bill. Save the crate and carton.
5) IF THE DAMAGES ARE SIGNIFICANT you may choose to not sign and REFUSE THE SHIPMENT. Contact us about having a replacement unit shipped out.
6) This equipment has been inspected and tested at manufacturer’s factory and crated in accordance with all transportation rules.
7) Finally, if you sign delivery paperwork without noting  damage, as a result  25% restocking fee would apply upon return.
